DIRECTOR/ WRITER: Rene H. Hernandez is a writer, producer, director, and a film festival coordinator from Corona, California. Rene first got into filmmaking in the late 80's. He and a few friends produced a series of short videos in their own backyards. In 1997, Hernandez co-wrote, produced, and directed his first one-hour film tiled, "Cinema." But it wasn't until 2002 when he really got serious about filmmaking while a student at Cal State University Fullerton. Since then, he has directed and produced over a dozen shorts and documentaries. He is also the founder of 2 annual film festivals where he invites film students and Indie filmmakers to exhibit their work.

PRODUCER: Fahmi Farouk Farahat, born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Fahmi began his career as an actor at the age of 15. Farahat moved to the U.S. to pursue a career in filmmaking. He earned his degree from Cal State Fullerton, where he was the first student to direct a 35mm film. Farahat has been involved in over 50 productions, including the feature-length documentary Saudis in America, which was shown in festivals across the United States, Dubai and Mexico. Farahat coproduced the short film “A Father Taken,” which won the Audience Choice Award at the Newport Beach Film Festival.
